James had full commercial responsibility for raising the profile
of the Bush Brand to a premium FMCG contender wihtin the ALBA
Group Design Office. This involved hands on product design
work, packaging design and an overall brand revitalisation.
James was also heavily involved in the design activity to
many of AlBA Groups sub-brands, where he specialised in brand
extension for clients such as cable and Wireless, NTL, JCB,
BHS, Boots, Halfords and Hinari. This involved leading brand
workshops and then creating a strategy for launch including
identity, design, marketing and packaging.
